About the Annual Conference:

 

The purpose of the annual conference is to provide information, tools and techniques to healthcare professionals, educators, non-profit healthcare organizations and the public about healthcare literacy issues.

Additional opportunities to support the annual Health Literacy Conference:

  • Scholarships - Underwriting is needed for individuals needing financial assistance to attend the conference. The cost to attend the conference is $99 per person.
  • Printing and Donation of Conference Promotional Materials - We need your help with printing conference save-the-date cards, agendas, hand-outs, evaluation forms and other conference materials. We welcome any promotional materials donations for conference participants.
  • Meal Functions - Underwriting is needed for continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments.
  • Speakers - Underwriting is needed for speakers' fees and travel expenses.
  • Group Registrations - We welcome your commitment to support the registrations of at least 10 individuals from your organization.
  • Miscellaneous Items and Supplies - We are seeking bags (for goody bags), pens, pad folios, etc. for attendees.
